Hello! Welcome to month 2 of 2019! Thus far the year has presented many challenges and many opportunities for all of us. I kicked of 2019 talking about being fear less and now I want to kick it up notch.
This month we are talking about something that everyone wants to master, manifestation! There are so many books, videos, talks and tapes that exist on the topic, but I want to give you my take on how I've manifested. There is no one way to manifest things into your life, but there is one thing I know works for sure. I would venture to say it's the most important of all the A's I will discuss in the coming weeks.
What is the first "A"?, you ask. Well I'll get right into it. The number one thing you have to do on the road to manifestation is APPRECIATE! You have to always make time to appreciate. Appreciate all that you have: the good, the bad, the ugly and the best. This simple act of finding things to appreciate will uplift your spirit and connect you to the good around you.
Sometimes we get bogged down and overly focused on what isn't working. This causes depression and short sightedness. I don't want you to miss an opportunity because you're so accustomed to looking at all that's wrong.
Open your eyes a little wider and truly see the gifts around you. I'm a person who leans toward "the cup is half full" philosophy. If I want to accomplish something and I don't have the usual tools to get it done then my mind goes to getting things done with what's already around me.
I appreciate what I do have and I find that what I need is usually there all along. Appreciation clears your energy enough to let your true desires in. Make it a daily practice to appreciate the things, people and places all around you.
I am not Catholic, but I use rosary beads to make sure I express gratitude several times a day. Sometimes I say the same thing over and over and sometimes I say something different for each bead. You don't have to do this, but it may be a good practice.
2019 is your year to manifest great things and it all starts and ends with appreciation! I love you and will talk with you soon.
